Job summary

Leidos' Undersea Systems Division (USD) in the United States is seeking a Program Integrator to help lead the development of next‑generation Navy systems, including underwater vehicles, maritime sensors, and data acquisition and telemetry systems for distributed sensor platforms.

You will partner with a multidisciplinary team of engineers and manage schedules, risks, action items, and cross‑functional dependencies to ensure cost, schedule and technical performance align with customer commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 4–8 years of related experience.
• Experience supporting large, complex defense programs.
• Experience creating and executing quality management plans.
• Experience coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and program management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong analytical skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily program execution across multiple teams.
• Support IMS, program plans, and execution metrics.
• Facilitate cross-functional integration with engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and more.
• Track risks, dependencies, and action items for timely closure.
• Support program reviews, technical reviews, and leadership meetings.
• Interface with subcontractors and external partners to coordinate deliverables.
• Support risk management and mitigation tracking.
• Drive accountability for cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
• Align with Quality Management Plan and QMS.
