Job summary

Leidos seeks a Program Integrator to lead development of next-generation Navy systems including underwater vehicles, sensors, and data acquisition for distributed sensor platforms.

You will coordinate schedules, risks, action items, staffing, technical reviews, and cross-functional dependencies with mechanical, electrical, software, and systems engineers. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential in a proactive, multi-priority environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in defense, aerospace, manufacturing, or related industries.
  • Experience creating and executing quality management plans.
  • Experience implementing process improvements for quality management systems.
  • Experience coordinating across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and program management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
  • Must be a US citizen with an active DoD security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily program execution activities across multiple teams and functions.
  • Support development and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), program plans, and metrics.
  • Facilitate cross-functional integration among engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, security, and subcontractor teams.
  • Track action items, risks, dependencies, and critical path activities; escalate as needed.
  • Assist with program reviews, technical reviews, customer briefings, gate reviews, and leadership status meetings.
  • Support reporting: schedule performance, staffing, earned value inputs, milestone tracking, health metrics.
  • Interface with subcontractors and external partners for execution tracking and issue resolution.
  • Support risk management including identification, mitigation, and tracking of risks.
  • Drive accountability and ensure execution within cost, schedule, and performance targets.
  • Ensure alignment with Quality Management Plan and adherence to the Quality Management System
