Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Ocean), Computer Science, Physics, or Math.
• 4+ years of hands‑on testing, integration, validation, and verification experience with software and embedded electro‑mechanical systems.
• Experience with testing frameworks, scripting languages, and automation tools.
• Proficiency in test automation, data acquisition systems, and hardware‑in‑the‑loop testing.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to document test results in written format.

Responsibilities

• Test and Validate: Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and protocols to ensure system functionality and compliance.
• Integrate systems and conduct hands‑on testing: Develop and execute integration plans to bring complex systems together.
• Perform hands‑on testing, validation, and verification of software and hardware systems, including electro‑mechanical systems.
• Collaborate: Work with systems engineers, software developers, and hardware teams to resolve issues during testing.
• Automate Testing: Develop automated testing frameworks and tools to streamline validation processes.
• Analyze Results: Document and analyze test results with detailed reports and improvement recommendations.
• Support Development: Promote a “design for testing” focus during system development and integration.
