Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Annapolis, MD seeks a Systems Engineer (Level 2) to support complex maritime programs. You’ll work in cross-disciplinary teams, develop MBSE artifacts, and brief technical packages to leadership.

Role involves on-site responsibilities in Annapolis with opportunities to contribute to advanced oceanic systems and unmanned platforms, while collaborating across the SEITL department. Top Secret clearance is required or obtainable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in systems engineering or 0+ with advanced degree in STEM.
• Interest in maritime surface/undersea domain and Navy tech.
• Bachelor’s in a STEM field; strong communication skills.
• Experience with systems engineering processes and DOORS encouraged.
• Clearance: Top Secret or willing to obtain TS/SCI with polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Work in multi-disciplinary teams on mission engineering and system architecture.
• Develop systems engineering work products and briefs for leaders.
• Support project reviews and technical planning activities.
• Prepare content for milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, CSR).
• Assist capture and proposal activities.
