Job summary

Northrop Grumman in Annapolis, MD is seeking a systems engineering generalist to join the SEIT&L team, supporting complex maritime programs and state‑of‑the‑art oceanic systems. You will work in multi‑discipline teams on requirements, architecture, MBSE, verification, CONOPS, and milestone reviews (SRR to CSR), with growth opportunities and a TS/SCI‑level clearance.

Primary level salary range is $135,800–$203,600 with benefits such as Health Plan, Savings Plan, PTO, Education Assistance,

Qualifications

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in a STEM field.
• 8 years of experience with a Bachelor’s degree; 6 years with a Master’s; or 4 years with a PhD.
• Demonstrated experience in systems engineering processes: requirements development & management, system modeling, architecture development, interface traceability, integration & test, and verification & validation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Current ACTIVE Top Secret clearance, willingness to obtain TS/SCI with CI polygraph.

Responsibilities

• Work within multi‑disciplined teams in mission engineering, requirements management, system modeling, architecture development, interface management, and CONOPS.
• Develop systems engineering work products and brief technical packages to leadership teams.
• Support project processes, reviews, and technical planning activities; contribute to milestones from SRR to CSR.
• Assist capture and proposal activities.
