Job summary

Northrop Grumman is seeking a systems engineering generalist to support maritime programs from Annapolis, MD. You will work on complex oceanic systems, MBSE, requirements management, and digital design threads across multi-disciplinary teams.

Ideal candidates have DoD experience, strong communication, and are eligible for a Secret clearance with potential TS/CI poly. On-site role with relocation assistance may be available.

Qualifications

• Degree in a STEM field required.
• 8 years with a Bachelor's, 6 with a Master's, or 4 with a PhD.
• Experience in requirements development, modeling, architecture, interfaces, integration & test, and V&V.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn additional disciplines.
• Current Secret clearance; eligible for TS/SCI with CI poly.

Responsibilities

• Work in multi-disciplined teams on mission engineering and system design.
• Develop systems engineering work products and technical packages.
• Support program reviews and technical planning activities.
• Prepare materials for milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, CSR).
• Support capture and proposal activities.
• Collaborate with Navy/undersea programs and customers.
