Job summary

Northrop Grumman Oceanic is seeking a systems engineering generalist to support complex maritime programs and national strategic assets from Annapolis, MD. This full-time, on-site role offers exposure to MBSE, DOORS, architecture development, and verification activities.

The successful candidate will join a multi-disciplinary team, develop SE artifacts, brief leadership, and participate in milestone reviews such as SRR, PDR, CDR, and TRR. A Secret clearance is required, with potential TS/SCI.

Qualifications

• Degree in a STEM field.
• 12 years with a Bachelor's, 10 with a Master's, or 8 with a PhD.
• Experience in systems engineering processes and modeling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Current Secret clearance; eligible for TS/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Work in multi-disciplined teams across SE functions such as requirements, architecture, MBSE, interface management and verification.
• Develop SE work products and related documentation.
• Prepare technical packages for program leadership and customers.
• Support program processes, reviews, and technical planning activities.
• Contribute to milestone reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, CSR) and capture activities.
