Job summary

Rohde & Schwarz seeks an experienced Maritime & Space Business Development Manager to expand EW/SIGINT and Secure Communications with U.S. Government agencies.

The role supports DoW, I/C, COCOMs, FFRDCs, Prime Contractors and strategic partners, with preference for DC metro or large CA/TX/FL hubs. You will lead national strategy, articulate complex Rohde & Schwarz technologies, manage the sales funnel via CRM, participate in demos and industry events, and collaborate across defense, engineering

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, CS, Physics or 5+ years in EW/Intel.
• 5+ years of direct government sales experience.
• Experience with government acquisition processes and regulations.
• Existing US government and contractor relationships.
• Experience with spectrum monitoring and EW systems maritime/space.
• Strong BD and marketing skills; manage multiple sales projects.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop a national strategy to engage Maritime & Space domains for high PWIN sales.
• Assimilate and articulate Rohde & SchwarzEW/SIGINT and Secure Communications tech.
• Manage activity funnel and sales forecasting via CRM tools.
• Influence and drive capture efforts to win through market domain expertise.
• Contribute to customer demos, trials, and proposals; participate in events.
