Recently named by Newsweek as one of the Best American Mid-Sized Workplaces in 2026, Rohde & Schwarz is seeking an experienced Maritime & Space Business Development Manager to expand our rapidly growing EW/SIGINT and Secure Communications business across U.S. Government agencies, including DoW, I/C, COCOM’s, FFRDC’s, Prime Contractors, and Strategic Partners. This position can be established anywhere within the United States but with preference to candidates that have close proximity to the D.C. Metro Area, or major cities in Southern California, Florida, and Texas. This individual will work as part of an integrated team focused on identifying and expanding Rohde & Schwarz’s strategic opportunity base in the Maritime & Space Domains. Candidates will have an established network and demonstrate their direct knowledge and success within these domains. Candidates will have the ability to comfortably navigate the US Government acquisition process. Prior military experience within communications, EW & SIGINT communities is heavily weighted. Candidates will have a proven track record of achieving business/growth targets and strategic visions with a strong personal drive to contribute directly to R&S’s Defense, Security & Critical Infrastructure division's evolution.
The total compensation for this position is $153k-$205K. Total compensation includes base salary, variable pay (when applicable) plus benefits. The range is determined by the position, geographic location and level. Individual pay within the range is determined by several factors including location, education or training, relevant work history, sales incentive structure and job‑related skills.
