Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks Robotics Engineers to advance perception and planning capabilities for our autonomous maritime platforms. You will own end-to-end tasks from sensor selection and integration to motion planning and testing, contributing to rapid architecting, design, and evolution of systems.

You will apply computer vision, sensor fusion, and machine learning, validate algorithms with simulation and real-world data, collaborate with software, mechanical, and systems engineers, and travel

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in robotics, mechatronics, computer science, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficient in C++ and/or Python.
• Familiarity with autonomous vehicle hardware and sensors (radar, sonar, LiDAR, cameras).
• Experience in a senior perception or planning role for robotic systems.
• Ability to own a system technically, including stakeholder engagement and roadmap management.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a US Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Implement trusted navigation, collision avoidance, and situational awareness for autonomous platforms.
• Develop sensor processing, perception, tracking, motion planning, health management, and simulation components.
• Contribute to reusable software components across Anduril product lines.
• Apply computer vision, sensor fusion, and ML to enhance perception and planning.
