Job summary

Anduril’s Maritime Division is hiring Robotics Engineers to advance perception and planning for autonomous platforms. You will own end-to-end development from sensor integration to deployment, applying CV, ML, and fusion techniques to deliver robust systems.

Join a team developing ocean‑scale autonomous vessels and related hardware/software. You will collaborate across software, mechanical, and systems teams, with travel up to 20% for field validation and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Senior perception or planning experience for robotic systems.
• Proficient in C++ and Python with autonomy work.
• Knowledge of sensors (RADAR, LIDAR, cameras) and autonomy concepts.
• Ability to own technical projects: requirements, roadmap, design, and sustenance.

Responsibilities

• Implement trusted navigation, collision avoidance, and situational awareness.
• Develop sensor processing, perception, tracking, planning subsystems.
• Create reusable components across Anduril product lines.
• Apply computer vision, sensor fusion, and ML to improve perception and planning.
• Validate algorithms via simulation and real-world data analysis.
• Collaborate with software, mechanical, and systems engineers for integration.
• Travel up to 20% to co-locate with end-users or teams.
