Job summary

Tyonek Native Corporation is seeking a Program Manager to act as the primary interface with government program authorities and oversee Marine Corps Prepositioning Programs. The role requires managing resources, schedules, and budgets to ensure on-time CDRL delivery and contract compliance.

Ideal candidate has 10+ years leading programs over $25M, extensive DoD regulations knowledge, and capability to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required; Master's preferred.
10+ years' experience managing programs valued at or above $25M.
5+ years' government contracts program management experience; familiar with contracts and SOWs.
Knowledge of FAR/DFARS and DoD regulations.
Experience with Aviation Support Equipment (ASE).
Excellent communication with government counterparts; ability to obtain/maintain Secret clearance.
PMP or PgMP certification a plus.
Minimum 15 years of technical program support; 8+ years in maritime logistics roles.

Responsibilities

Act as overall lead and administrator for the contracted effort.
Serve as primary interface with Government program authorities on technical issues.
Ensure on-time delivery of CDRLs and manage budgets.
Forecast manpower needs and coordinate with customer.
Lead and evaluate staff; provide mentorship.
Coordinate ship maintenance, logistics, readiness, and inspections.
