Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 6+ years of relevant experience
• 3+ years of direct program management experience with customer relationships and financial oversight
• Ability to analyze schedules, forecasts, risks, and contractual deliverables and take corrective action

Responsibilities

• Own multiple complex programs with cost, schedule, quality, and customer commitments
• Set priorities, milestones, and accountability across cross-functional teams
• Identify risks and opportunities; drive mitigation and issue resolution
• Lead customer discussions on performance, schedule, pricing, scope, and contracts
• Translate customer requirements into actionable plans across the organization
