Job summary

Phoenix International Holdings, Inc. in Largo, MD is seeking a Program Manager for Marine Services to coordinate all contract activities, monitor operations, engineering, financial and reporting aspects, and maintain direct communication with the customer and the Phoenix Program Management group.

The role requires an undergraduate degree, at least six years of leadership experience in marine operations, and the ability to obtain TS-SCI clearance.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum six years of management and leadership experience with complex marine operations.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret - Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS-SCI) clearance.

Responsibilities

• Supports and coordinates Marine Services contract field operations and personnel assignments.
• Manages Marine Services budget to achieve annual profit and revenue objectives.
• Establishes, maintains, and reports on the preventive maintenance schedule (PMS) for Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).
• Reports the Marine Services contract budget status to the client, as required.
• Monitors developments in the industry to recommend system upgrades and/or replacement planning.
• Ensures compliance with safety programs, QMS, and company policies and procedures.
• Leads and sustains an efficient project team across management, engineering, operations, logistics, and support.
• Reviews, approves, and generates cost estimates and tracks costs for contract delivery orders.
