Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Operations Manager for Maritime to ensure reliability and readiness of autonomous undersea systems. You will lead a global fleet sustainment effort, translating field data into permanent fixes and engaging with engineering, program management, and field operations.

You will guide incident response, optimize playbooks, and build processes to scale as the fleet expands worldwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field, or equivalent hands‑on military/industrial experience.
• 6+ years building, managing or supporting complex technical systems (maritime, aerospace, robotics, defense).
• Ability to lead teams through unstructured technical challenges and mentor others.
• Eligible to obtain a U.S. Secret security clearance and relocate to Quincy, MA.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a high‑performing Product Operations team for Maritime.
• Translate field telemetry and failure data into system upgrades and design improvements.
• Oversee fleet health data analysis to predict and prevent failures.
• Bridge communication between engineering, business development, and military operators.
• Drive incident lifecycle management and field failure discovery, mitigation, and resolution.
• Build scalable sustainment processes to support fleet growth worldwide.
