Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Support Engineer for its Maritime Division to lead sustainment strategy, maintenance planning, and cost modeling for a fleet of maritime autonomous vehicles.

You will own life cycle cost models, perform O&S analyses, and drive cost-effective provisioning and spares. Strong collaboration with RAM, design, and manufacturing is required to ensure design-for-supportability and lifecycle optimization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Economics, Finance, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in product support, sustainment engineering, or systems engineering in high-rigor environments such as defense or aerospace.
• Experience applying mechanical or systems engineering to complex hardware.
• Experience building or maintaining life cycle cost or O&S cost models.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive sustainment plans for the specified product(s).
• Partner with customers, operations, and cross-functional teams to define and improve maintenance and repair strategies.
• Ensure up-to-date maintenance procedures, tools, and manuals for field sustainment operations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for sustainment-related matters within the product team.
• Collaborate during new product development to integrate sustainment practices early in design.
