TOTE Services is seeking a skilled Business Process Analyst to plan, organize, develop, and support application lifecycles from Jacksonville, FL. You will bridge business needs with IT by modeling future-state processes and driving sustainable improvements that align with organizational goals.

The role requires documenting workflows, engaging stakeholders, and leading improvement initiatives across departments, leveraging tools like Power BI and SQL to analyze data and report outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree preferred for the role.
• Experience in process analysis and improvement in cross‑functional settings.
• Strong documentation, modeling, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC and business/IT collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze current-state business processes via interviews, workshops, observation, and data review.
• Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and gaps in workflows and configurations.
• Develop future-state models and evidence-based improvement recommendations.
• Lead and support process improvement initiatives across departments.
• Create clear process documentation, maps, and SOPs; maintain repository.
• Collaborate with users, IT, and leadership to gather requirements and drive alignment.
• Define KPIs, monitor performance, and prepare progress reports.
