Job summary

Innovative Reasoning, LLC seeks an on-site Maritime Prepositioning Operations Lead Planner/Analyst at Quantico, VA. You will provide SME support for MPF/MPS capabilities, assist in CONOPS/COE development, and contribute to wargames and high-level analyses with Navy/MC/Joint staffs.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree plus 10 years of MPF/MPS experience and a SECRET clearance; travel and government/contractor collaborations are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college and 10 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, 15 years of substantive experience.
• Documented staff/operational MPF/MPS planning or operations experience.
• Solid knowledge of Marine Corps and Navy organizational structures and functions.
• Must possess or be eligible for a SECRET clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME on MPF/MPS capabilities, employment, and support.
• Develop/update CONOPS, COE, operational handbooks and related MPF/MPS publications.
• Support AoA, CBA, and other studies related to MPF/MPS.
• Lead ESCB MPF/MPS equities at service-level wargames and planning events.
• Advocate Marine Corps equities in Maritime Expeditionary Operations and communicate capabilities/requirements to Navy/MC/JCS.
• Travel to government/contractor facilities and ships; participate in meetings, conferences, and wargames.
