Job summary

Precise Systems in the United States seeks a Senior Advisor to support a U.S. Navy program, providing strategic guidance on operations, planning, and readiness with data-driven decision support.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years in related fields, active DoD Secret clearance, US citizenship, and the ability to obtain/maintain security clearance, with expertise in defense logistics, manpower, training, and financial management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems management, mathematics, physics, operations research, statistics, or engineering; or equivalent specialized experience.
• Fifteen (15) years of related experience with twelve (12) years direct in MPTE, military/government manpower, education and training fields; DoD experience favored.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior advisor to the Government and provide support to the customer on program operations.
• Assess evolving program plans and change strategies; adapt processes to improve customer methodology.
• Apply business management principles to formulate long- and short-term plans.
• Analyze in-place business, operational, and financial processes and relationships.
• Identify and recommend approaches to redefine, plan, organize, design, develop, and modify practices and processes.
• Develop program/project plans, guidelines, and controls.
• Perform tasks requiring both practical experience and state-of-the-art technical knowledge.
• Demonstrate broad expertise to support maintenance and supply chain management, and total force management.
