Job summary

Innovative Reasoning, LLC seeks an on-site C4ISR/C2I analyst at Quantico, VA, to support Marine Corps and Navy C4I assets aboard Amphibious Assault Ships. You will analyze system data exchanges, develop requirements, and coordinate with DoD and Joint stakeholders to advance integration and policy alignment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Information Systems Management or related field with 8+ years of relevant experience, or 12 years without a degree.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of Marine Corps and Navy organizational structures.
• Excellent interpersonal, communications, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze C4ISR system data exchanges and develop system requirements.
• Represent USMC interests with DoD, Joint and Navy stakeholders on C4ISR policy.
• Assist in creating an integrated amphibious C4I architecture for afloat MAGTF.
• Draft and present reports, studies, and business case analyses as required.
• Coordinate design of subsystems and integration of total system.
