Qualifications

• 3+ years in IT solutions, systems integration, or network engineering roles.
• Hands-on experience with core IT infrastructure—Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization platforms, Microsoft 365, endpoint management, and/or Windows/macOS desktop administrator.
• Hands-on experience designing LAN/WAN, routing, switching, and firewall solutions.
• Demonstrated customer-facing or pre-sales technical experience
• Ability to produce clear technical documentation and proposals
• Strong communicator comfortable working across cultures and time zones
• Proficiency in English (additional languages a plus)

Responsibilities

• Engage with channel partners to document IT and connectivity requirements.
• Design bespoke IT solutions for vessel networking and onboard IT.
• Produce technical proposals, scopes of work, and BoM for quotes.
• Act as technical bridge between customers and internal teams.
• Oversee delivery and commissioning of IT solutions; provide on-site or remote support.
• Feed customer insights to inform product development.
• Support commercial opportunities with meetings, RFPs, and presentations.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers and attend meetings to promote IT services.
• Ensure designs comply with maritime regulations and vendor standards.
• Keep knowledge up-to-date on maritime IT trends and competitors.
• Update sales accounts on progress and upsell opportunities.
