Responsibilities

• Own technical success for Starlink’s maritime customers and ensure product meets enterprise expectations.
• Define and implement technical product requirements and capabilities to address maritime customer needs.
• Be the technical authority in pre-sales and customer engagements.
• Remove friction from enterprise adoption: streamline installation, setup, and troubleshooting for large-scale marine networks.
• Identify high-leverage product bets for maritime and lead cross‑functional prioritization.
• Use fleet performance data to drive product and network improvements that enhance reliability and customer success.
