Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line is seeking a Business Analyst to support technology projects across cruise ship newbuilds, drydocks, and upgrades. You will assist PMs with plans, milestones, risks, and dependencies, coordinating across IT, shipyards, engineering, and vendors to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires 3+ years of BA experience in relevant sectors, strong IT and data analysis skills, and ability to travel internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in shipbuilding, maritime, or large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of IT systems, project lifecycle methodologies, and data analysis.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Confluence) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support technology projects for cruise ship newbuilds, drydocks, and vessel upgrades.
• Assist Project Managers with project plans, milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Coordinate activities across IT, shipyard, construction, engineering, procurement, vendors, and ship ops.
• Gather and validate business and technical requirements with key stakeholders.
• Track infrastructure readiness, including cabling, power, and network connectivity.
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and communications for stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and supporting records.
• Assist with vendor and contractor coordination and tracking.
