Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support technology delivery for cruise ship newbuilds, drydocks and revitalizations. You will coordinate IT, ship operations, shipyard teams and vendors to ensure technology aligns with business goals and vessel readiness.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and the ability to translate strategic objectives into executable plans, with international travel as part of the assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in either Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Architecture, Management Information Systems or related field of study or any equivalent combination of experience and skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects from planning through implementation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Develop and manage integrated project plans including scope, schedule, milestones, risks and budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across IT, ship operations, shipyard, construction, engineering, procurement, vendors and technology partners.
• Ensure requirements align with ship design, schedules, infrastructure readiness and operational objectives.
• Identify risks, schedule conflicts, gaps and readiness issues; drive mitigations and recovery plans.
• Provide executive-level reporting on progress, risks, dependencies and decisions.
