Job summary

Norwegian Cruise Line is seeking a detail-oriented Project Manager to support technology delivery for shipbuilding and dry-dock programs. You will partner with Global Technology, shipyards, and operations to translate strategy into actionable plans and drive program execution to ship readiness.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in PM within cruise or maritime tech, with strong leadership, stakeholder management, and risk mitigation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of project management experience in cruise, maritime, shipbuilding, or related tech environments.
• Experience leading technology projects for newbuilds, drydocks, or major vessel upgrades.
• Strong planning, scheduling, risk management, change control, and budget tracking.
• Ability to work in global, multicultural, and matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects from planning through implementation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
• Develop integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, milestones, and budget.
• Coordinate IT, ship operations, shipyard, construction, procurement, vendors, and partners.
• Ensure tech requirements align with ship design, schedules, and operational objectives.
• Provide executive reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
