Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline with a minimum of 12 years of related experience; or 10+ years with a graduate degree; or 16+ years without a degree.

Aufgaben

• Provide technical leadership for mechanical and electrical engineering design, integration, verification, validation and test across Maritime programs.
• Develop and improve common hardware engineering processes, methods, standards, tools, and metrics.
• Lead technical reviews and influence design decisions to ensure hardware solutions meet requirements, safety, schedule, and cost objectives.
• Coach and mentor hardware engineering leaders and teams, sharing best practices and strengthening technical depth.
• Communicate technical status, risks, and improvement opportunities clearly to leadership, customers, and stakeholders.
