The role leads a cross-functional team, owning scope, cost and schedule across programs for government and international markets, with heavy emphasis on DoD experience and security clearances.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 15 years in a product development role with DoD experience a must.
• 10+ years leading cross-functional engineering teams.
• Active Secret clearance; Top Secret/SCI preferred; US Citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead and manage cross-functional engineering organization for division roadmaps.
• Own technical scope, cost and schedule accountability for project execution.
• Manage staffing, resources and requisitions to support division goals.
• Mentor engineering leaders and drive skills development.
• Plan product development from definition through production across markets.
• Oversee IRAD portfolio and technology roadmap; manage engineering budgets.
• Champion NPI processes and ensure smooth production transitions.
• Interact with sector peers and customers; travel up to 25% as needed.
