Qualifications

• Active US Secret clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI.
• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering technology and minimum of 9 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of core Systems Engineering requirements development, decomposition, traceability, verification, and validation.
• Prior experience creating tactical datalink (TDL) scenarios in software development, integration, and testing.
• Hands-on experience integrating and configuring Link 22 tactical data link systems.
• Knowledge of Link 22 network architecture and STANAG 5522 standards.
• Hands-on experience with Link 22 hardware/software products.
• Experience architecting data flows in multi-node, multi-domain networks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Link 22 SME, leveraging in-depth knowledge of Link 22 systems and configurations.
• Integrate and configure Link 22 systems for airborne and maritime platforms.
• Architect and design Link 22 data flows across multi-node networks.
• Develop, manage, and maintain exportable Link 22 configurations for multiple programs.
• Integrate Link 22 hardware/software components (SNC, SPC, LLC) with platforms.
• Design physical architectures incorporating Link 22 with other data links.
• Design and test wideband and narrowband systems in support of Link 22 operations.
• Translate customer requests into system-level requirements with traceability.
• Write subsystem specs and evaluate design options.
• Plan and execute Link 22 interoperability testing in lab and field environments.
• Prepare presentations communicating Link 22 architecture to non-technical stakeholders.
• Develop and implement software and system test plans.
• Create integration/test/verification scenarios using Link 22 simulation equipment.
• Work in an agile engineering environment.
