This onsite role combines hands-on hardware design, build, and test with cross-functional execution in a production environment. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, 2+ years of relevant experience in product development, and a track record in mixed-signal circuit design.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Two or more years of electrical engineering experience in a product-development environment.
• Experience with mixed-signal circuit board design and development, including requirements derivation, component selection, circuit design and analysis, test, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to communicate technical decisions clearly in written documentation, design reviews, and cross-functional discussions.
• United States citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a United States Government Secret security clearance for continued employment.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop mixed-signal PWAs from requirements through production-ready hardware.
• Review PWB layouts and resolve fabrication and assembly questions with manufacturers.
• Define test methods and equipment to verify electronic hardware.
• Perform hardware bring-up, testing, and redesign for prototypes and production.
• Support production by diagnosing electrical issues and coordinating corrective actions.
• Collaborate with systems, mechanical, software, manufacturing, quality, supply-chain, and program teams.
