Job summary

Anduril Industries seeks a Lead Industrial Engineer for the Production Controls team in Santa Ana, CA to own the integrated schedule and flex capacity across programs. This hands‑on role focuses on solving complex manufacturing challenges at scale for next‑gen defense hardware.

You will design production systems, model capacity, and feed the dynamic scheduling engine (LOKI) for validation before building. Strong background in production planning and security clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Background in industrial engineering, production planning or scheduling.
• Experience with critical chain or buffer management methods.
• Capable of rate modeling and defending numbers.
• Eligible to obtain/maintain U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the critical chain production model and flex capacity across scheduling and production control.
• Own the integrated schedule model across programs and shared resources.
• Build plant layouts, material flows and space allocation for a maritime factory.
• Develop the production model with precedence networks and constraints.
• Simulate the factory and validate capacity prior to construction.
