Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Production Control Specialist to keep maritime products moving in Santa Ana. You will interface across engineering, quality, supply chain, tooling, facilities, and digital teams to burn down action items and report ETA on progress.

This hands-on role requires coordinating across multiple functions, with familiarity in MES/ERP systems and lean/Six Sigma methods. A related degree or equivalent experience is preferred, and eligibility for a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; trade, shipyard, or military production background also qualifies.
• Production control, planning, or manufacturing operations background.
• Cross-functional coordination experience; capable of working across organizations.
• Must be a U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Interface with engineering, quality, supply chain, tooling, facilities, and digital teams on behalf of production.
• Run action item burn down from frequent production shakes: track status, ETA, and owner to closure.
• Route system and capability gaps to the correct team, after confirming whether the capability already exists.
• Verify delivered capability and fold it into procedure and training.
• Release work orders to the floor within authorized limits.
