Anduril Industries in Santa Ana, CA is seeking a Production Control Specialist to own the integrated schedule model across programs and resources, ensuring work moves smoothly on our maritime manufacturing line.

You will coordinate routing changes, capacity, and priorities, identify schedule conflicts, and track adherence. The role demands a hands-on approach to solving manufacturing problems at scale in a defense tech environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
Production planning, scheduling, industrial engineering, or manufacturing operations background.
Critical chain, theory of constraints, or buffer management experience.
Finite capacity or constraint-based scheduling experience preferred.
Low volume, high mix, or engineered-to-order environment.
U.S. Person due to access to U.S. export controlled information or facilities.
Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain the integrated schedule model across programs, resources, and work centers.
Integrate frequent changes to routings, resources, capacity, and priorities into the model.
Sequence and prioritize jobs against finite capacity constraints.
Identify schedule conflicts, infeasible sequences, and capacity shortfalls, with cause.
Track schedule adherence and report variance.
Resequence work within authorized limits as conditions change.
Record decisions and open items in the shift handoff.
