Job summary

Port Liberty USA is seeking a Customer Service Associate to support the Customer Service department. The role involves communicating with steamship lines, brokers, US Customs, and trucking teams, and assisting internal staff with yard, marine and gate operations.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries by phone and email, coordinating cargo movements, and maintaining container free time while ensuring accurate fee processing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal staff and steamship lines to facilitate cargo movement.
• Operate in multiple terminal systems to ensure customer visibility.
• Update wire transfer receipts and reconcile fee collections.
