Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading maritime programs from concept to delivery.
• Strong understanding of vehicle and systems design.
• Experience with mission-critical DoD systems.
• Proven ability to build and lead cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 25% to customer and test sites.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical development and integration of a maritime product from concept to delivery.
• Collaborate with program leadership, other Anduril teams, and external vendors.
• Ensure requirements are tied to customer inputs with traceability to decisions.
• Set objectives, build cross-functional teams, and drive rapid completion.
• Oversee design, analysis, and testing to ensure reliable, high-performance systems.
• Grow and manage a new maritime development team and define key performance parameters.
• Coordinate with functional leads to standardize approaches to development and processes.
• Own the root cause corrective action process and lifecycle performance of the product.
• Serve as technical POC for IRADs and coordinate with leads as needed.
• Identify opportunities for division collaboration and common design practices.
