Qualifications

• Proficiency with AUV maintenance, operations, and repair.
• Comfort with Linux, command line interfaces, and debugging.
• Excellent documentation and communication, customer-focused.
• Willingness to travel 50–75% offshore and maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deploy globally to support customer-fielded AUV operations from diverse vessels.
• Lead hands-on troubleshooting, repair, operation and maintenance of AUVs in the field.
• Serve as product expert for hands-on and remote support scenarios.
• Coordinate with customers, engineering and operations to resolve issues.
