Anduril Industries seeks a Maritime Technical Operations Engineer to lead global AUV deployments and field-support activities. You will guide operations, troubleshoot in demanding environments, and mentor teams in hands-on maintenance and data collection.

You’ll liaison with engineering for product improvements, develop training, and ensure mission readiness for rotations OCONUS. A background in ocean engineering and security clearance is preferred.

Qualificações

• 3+ years operating at-sea robotic systems, preferably in customer support.
• 1+ year hands-on field ops, manufacturing, or testing.
• Experience interfacing hardware, software, and networking in unstructured environments.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex field issues.
• Proficient with AUV maintenance, operations, and repair.
• Experience with Linux, CLI, and software debugging.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and work extended hours as needed.
• Willingness to travel for 30–45+ days rotations OCONUS.
• Eligible for US Top Secret clearance and able to pass screenings.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy globally to support customer-fielded AUV operations.
• Operate as a product expert in hands-on and remote troubleshooting, mission planning, repair, and data collection.
• Master AUV operations and educate others on subsystems.
• Lead troubleshooting, repair, operation, and maintenance of AUVs in the field.
• Liaise between customers, engineering, and operations for issue resolution.
• Collaborate on training development for initial deliveries and follow-on trainings.
• Incorporate customer feedback into user docs and training materials.
