Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking an Integration & Test Engineer to join our maritime team, focusing on autonomous underwater vehicles (AUVs). You will drive test plans, perform integration of subsystems, and lead evaluations to ensure system performance meets requirements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems engineering, integration, and test.
• Experience generating TRRs, test plans, procedures, and reports.
• Familiar with concepts of mechanical, electrical engineering, and software development.
• Experience in field test environments; electronics troubleshooting.
• Proficient with Linux and command line; software debugging.
• Ability to travel up to 25% during key campaigns and to obtain/maintain Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review, and execute test plans for development, integration, acceptance testing.
• Author/review detailed operational test reports for AUV platforms and capabilities.
• Participate in design reviews, requirements analysis, and verification planning.
• Build and maintain a test/evaluation program meeting government standards.
• Support day-to-day test operations including pre-mission testing, launch/recovery, and data analysis.
• Integrate subsystems (sensors, navigation, propulsion, comms, autonomy, power) into complete AUVs.
• Troubleshoot, repair, operate, and maintain AUVs in the field.
• Coordinate pre/post-mission logistics for test operations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams through life of product design, integration, and test.
• Set up, collect, and refine operational metrics.
• Support sea testing and offshore operations; travel as needed.
