Job summary

You will work with Strategy and customers to ensure requirements trace to program decisions and drive cross-functional execution across engineering, logistics, and operations.

The role emphasizes leadership, architecture, and program management, with 25% travel to customer and test sites.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of technical leadership and systems engineering on defense systems or weapon programs.
• Strong background bridging software and hardware product developments.
• Experience defining and fielding sensing payloads and comms architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage design, prototyping, verification, and delivery of a maritime autonomous system.
• Develop system architecture, requirements, trades, and risk management for product shaping.
• Perform systems engineering and trade analyses to enable rapid concept iteration.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and supply chain to embed design for manufacturing early.
• Guide resource planning with senior leadership and oversee execution of new surface product.
• Define capabilities, milestones, and demonstrations for ongoing development.
