Job summary

Qualifications

• B.S. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering or related technical field.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in data and software engineering in Python, C#, or JavaScript with Angular/React in Linux-based cloud environments.
• Strong communication with staff and clients at all levels.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Ability to obtain Interim Secret clearance by start date and Secret clearance eventually; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Perform data and software engineering enabling analysis of autonomous platform performance; include requirements development, data modeling, software development, and field testing.
• Install and configure analysis capabilities at APL, in-field and in government cloud systems.
• Propose and develop innovative ways to apply cutting-edge technologies to extend naval system capabilities.
• Document data and software activities; prepare design reviews and technical reports for sponsors.
