Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Strong knowledge of facility operations and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety program at assigned location(s).
• Oversee logistics processes and optimize transportation resources.
• Plan capacity, inventory, maintenance, and costs for terminal efficiency.
• Manage staffing, hiring, training, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and corporate procedures.
• Develop improvement plans and terminal benchmarking.
