Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or related field.
• 3–5 years IT operations, application support, or related tech experience preferred.
• Experience leading technical teams, MSPs, or vendor resources.
• Experience coordinating software releases, testing, upgrades, and production implementations.
• Strong incident, problem, and change-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for IT service delivery in a 24x7 marine terminal environment.
• Direct managed service providers and technology vendors.
• Oversee JIRA service-management queues, testing, and releases.
• Align IT priorities with operational and business needs.
• Ensure timely resolution of incidents affecting TOS, Gate, OCR, and other critical systems.
• Lead weekly triage sessions for critical terminal technology systems.
• Coordinate software updates deployment and post-implementation validation.
• Develop tests, document scenarios, and maintain test cases for terminal apps.
