Job summary

OneWater Marine is seeking a Marine Technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and installations on a variety of watercrafts in a precise and timely manner. You will ensure boats and marine equipment are in excellent working condition and provide clear service documentation.

The role requires a high school diploma, experience as a marine technician, and valid driver's license. Certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a marine technician or similar role preferred.
• Marine technician certification(s) is a plus; Manufacturer certification (Boat or Engine).
• Current and valid driver's license.
• Solid understanding of marine systems and diagnostic equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and upgrades on boats in a timely, professional manner.
• Coordinate with parts & service to address customer concerns promptly.
• Accurately document all service work, parts used and labor hours.
• Handle boats with care before, during and after service.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Attend service schools to maintain certifications and stay updated on trends.
