Job summary

OneWater Marine is seeking a skilled Marine Technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on a range of watercraft. You will document work, coordinate with parts and service teams, and ensure high-quality, safe results for customers.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and prior marine technician experience is preferred; relevant certifications are a plus, along with a valid driver's license. This is an on-site position in New York.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and upgrades on boats in a timely, professional manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with parts and service teams to prioritize and address customer concerns.
• Accurately document service work, parts used, labor hours and outcomes; provide customers with documentation.
• Handle boats with care before, during, and after service to ensure safety and quality.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow safety protocols at all times.
• Attend service schools to stay certified and up to date with trends and tools.
• Assist with special events such as boat shows as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
