Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven experience as a marine technician or similar role preferred.
• Marine Technician certification(s) is a plus and valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and upgrades on a variety of boats in a timely, competent, and professional manner.
• Coordinate with parts & service to address customer concerns.
• Document service work, parts used, labor hours, and provide customers with documentation.
• Ensure boats are handled with care before, during, and after service.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Attend service schools to maintain certifications and stay updated on trends and tools.
• Assist with special events such as boat shows.
• All other duties as assigned.
