Job summary

OneWater Marine is seeking a Marine Technician to perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs, and installations on a variety of watercrafts to keep boats in excellent working condition. You will document all work and parts used, ensuring clear customer communication and invoice accuracy.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, relevant experience, and a valid driver's license; marine certifications are a plus and ongoing education is encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience as a marine technician or similar role preferred.
• Current and valid driver's license; marine certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, diagnostics, repairs and upgrades on boats in a timely, professional manner.
• Document service work, parts used, labor hours, and provide customer documentation.
• Coordinate with parts and service departments to address customer concerns.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and follow safety protocols.
• Attend service schools to stay certified and up-to-date on marine trends.
• Assist with special events such as boat shows.
