Job summary

Brunswick Corporation's Navico Group is seeking a Technical Support Intern – Collegiate Fishing to join our Oklahoma team. You’ll serve as a frontline contact for customers, assist with product questions, and help troubleshoot marine electronics to improve satisfaction.

You will document cases in our CRM, collaborate with internal teams to improve training and service materials, and participate in Navico Online Learning Academy.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree at a state college in Oklahoma.
• Completion of NOLA training prior to consideration for the role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools.
• Professional demeanor with positive, solution-oriented approach.
• Strong interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key contact for customers via phone and email.
• Assist with product questions, installation, and compatibility.
• Perform remote troubleshooting using schematics and internal tools.
• Document customer cases in CRM and analyze service trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve training materials and documentation.
