Job summary

Brunswick’s Navico Group is seeking a Product Expert, Integrated Solutions to bridge Product Management and Engineering with customers worldwide. You will drive the adoption of digital switching, connectivity, and integrated systems, turning complex concepts into practical guidance and training.

You will collaborate across teams, develop installation guides, troubleshooting resources, and release information, and help ensure successful product launches and ongoing upgrades for global markets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in technical support, application engineering, technical training, field service, product support, or a similar technical role.
• Experience working with hardware and software products.
• Experience creating technical documentation, installation guides, training materials, or knowledge-base content.
• Experience supporting product launches, product updates, and customer-facing technical communications.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering, Product Management, Technical Support, Sales, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical expert for CZone Digital Switching and the wider Integrated Solutions portfolio, supporting internal teams, OEMs, installers, and customers.
• Develop and deliver technical training, product documentation, installation guides, troubleshooting resources, and release information.
• Support the successful launch, integration, and adoption of new products, features, and software updates across global markets.
• Provide technical guidance and collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Application Engineering, Technical Support, and Sales teams to resolve customer and product issues.
• Capture customer and field feedback, identify improvement opportunities, and support product development, testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure technical information, specifications, and customer-facing content remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with product and business objectives.
