Job summary

Brunswick Corporation’s Mercury Marine division seeks an on-site Customer Experience technician in Orlando, FL to deliver world-class marine service and coordinate parts, inventory, and warehouse activities to keep boats operational and show-ready. The role requires diagnosing engines, preventive maintenance, and collaboration with marina staff and suppliers to meet rental schedules.

A high school diploma and 2–4 years of boating service experience are required; a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2–4 years of experience servicing outboards or boats.
• Ability to diagnose marine engines and related systems.
• Proficiency with Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Strong time-management and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive service requests, assess urgency, and prioritize work.
• Provide on-site marine service dockside or at a maintenance facility.
• Diagnose and repair engine performance, drives, rigging and related boat systems.
• Maintain accurate service, inventory and logistics records.
• Coordinate shipping and warehouse activities to minimize delays.
• Work with marina staff, suppliers and cross-functional partners to fulfill needs.
• Maintain a safe, neat and orderly work area and tools.
