Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree from an accredited college or university.
• 6+ years of management and leadership experience with complex marine operations.
• Ability to obtain TS-SCI clearance.
• Proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
• Experience with management of marine services, offshore personnel, vessels, and undersea equipment.
• Strong project management, cost estimation, cost control, scheduling, logistics.
• Ability to travel worldwide on short notice.
• Pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Marine Services contract field operations and personnel.
• Manage Marine Services budget to meet annual profit and revenue objectives.
• Establish, maintain, and report PMS for Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).
• Report Marine Services budget status to client and Phoenix PM group.
• Ensure compliance with Safety Programs, QMS, and company policies.
• Develop and implement a training plan for each employee.
• Ensure staff are properly trained and qualified.
• Coordinate management, engineering, operations, logistics resources for an efficient project team.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with contract performance.
• Conduct annual employee performance reviews.
