DarkStar Intelligence LLC is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to serve as the single point of contact and lead execution for a Marine Corps program office support contract.

You will work with the COR, oversee staffing, deliverables, and customer relationships from transition through steady-state performance, and brief senior leaders on progress and risks. The role manages a firm-fixed-price services task order and transition.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program management experience, with recent DoD or Marine Corps acquisition program office support.
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field; Masters and/or PMP preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serve as the single point of contact and lead program execution for the entire effort.
• Work with the COR to resolve issues arising during contract execution.
• Ensure the contract is fully staffed; deliver and maintain an organizational chart of all team personnel.
• Prepare and deliver the monthly status report summarizing tasks completed, travel expenses, and risks and issues.
• Ensure CDRL deliverables are submitted on time through the Government-designated SharePoint site.
• Lead the post-award conference and attend Government-led quarterly performance reviews.
• Oversee quality against the Performance Requirements Summary standards.
